Nice post by Greg Lowe over on the Yammer blog about how much adoption is enough in an enterprise social network. While I love the line of thinking, and the clear exposition, so much of it’s application depends on ‘Your Company’, and that’s a story only You know.

So, what’s the fundamental in the post? What can any company apply irrespective of their journey down the Social path?

I think it’s the focus on the success stories. It’s that narrative of what the innovators, early adopters, and early majority *did* and the cool things that happened in a way that couldn’t have happened as fast and or as cheap in the absence of using a social platform. As Mr. Lowe points out, behaviour change takes a long time, and it doesn’t happen if it doesn’t need to.
